Welcome to the Lincoln Kickboxing Academy.
We are the leading Full Contact Kickboxing Club in the Lincoln Area, with 90% of our Fighters holding Major World, European and British Title Belts..
We have over 20 years in the Martial Arts and Kickboxing Scene. We are Tradionally a Fight Club, but we also teach beginners and have an excellent Cardio Workout Programme.. We can teach basics and can be graded at another gym in Lincoln... So with Hard work you could be a Black Belt in 2 years.
The First Instructor is Shawn 'Boom Boom' Burton, currently ranked No.6 in the World at 64kg. He is the Current EFK European Champion, former ISKA European Champion and 4 times British Champion... Shawn is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and 1st Dan Black Belt in Wado Ryu Karate.
The Second Instructor is Aaron 'The Anvil' Robinson, shawns cousin. He is ranked No.1 in Europe by the IKF Kickboxing Organsiation.. He has held the ISKA British Title and is currently the EFK and ISKA Midlands Champion. Aaron is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing, and a 1st Dan Black Belt at Wado Ryu Karate.
The Assistant Instructor is Phill Coupland.. Phill has Black Belts in 5 different disciplines including Karate, Freestyle and Kickboxing, and 27 years experience.. Over 100 fights on mats and 2 x British Karate Champion (BASKA) and (KUGB), and 2 x Area Kata Champion.
The Club is open from 730pm to 915pm - Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday...
Please wear loose clothing, as it gets a bit hot in the gym... Bring a towel and a drink. We have a supply of boxing gloves to borrow.
First class is Free, all others £2 a session...
